Uzbekistan`s independence and tourism potential are being showcased in Guangzhou

At the initiative of our country’s Consulate General, public transport buses were decorated in honor of the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence and will operate for one month along the central streets of the Chinese metropolis, reports a correspondent of the Dunyo news agency.

The buses feature images reflecting the ancient cities of our country, unique architectural monuments and tourism potential.

Thanks to the symbolism of the 35th anniversary of independence combined with the inscription “Visit Uzbekistan,” the attention of the wider public is drawn to this important historical date and Uzbekistan’s rich historical and cultural heritage.

Residents and visitors of Guangzhou warmly welcomed this event, organized for the first time, and noted the growing interest in obtaining additional information about Uzbekistan. It was emphasized that such marketing campaigns are an original and effective method of broadly promoting our country’s tourism opportunities.
