Register as Press
At Iteca Exhibitions, we highly value our partnership with the media!
Accredited journalists, editors, and digital media creators enjoy exclusive access to exhibition pavilions, press zones, and interview opportunities, as well as first-hand updates directly from the organisers. Accreditation is more than just a formality — it’s a symbol of collaboration. It reflects our commitment to fostering professional dialogue and ensuring that coverage of our exhibitions and conferences is as insightful, wide-reaching, and influential as possible.
Please Note: accreditation is required for all media representatives.
To obtain your accreditation, please apply to the Iteca Exhibitions PR manager by filling in the accreditation form below.
Key Principles of Accreditation
- Accreditation is granted to the media representatives on the understanding that the exhibition, conference, or business programme will be covered in their published materials (articles, videos) with mandatory mentioning of the event’s title and organiser, that is, Iteca Exhibitions. This ensures visibility for our events while strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Copies of published materials, links, or details of scheduled publication dates, should be provided. This enables us to assess audience reach and continually enhance the quality of our future events.
- Where coverage does not take place, this may be considered when reviewing subsequent accreditation requests in the future, to maintain fairness and transparency for all media representatives.
- Accreditation is strictly limited to working journalists. It does not extend to advertising agents, or marketing staff.
Accreditation is not extended to representatives of marketing or PR departments (with the exception of exhibitors), promoters, or individuals representing third-party projects, brands, or products. This policy helps us ensure that media accreditation remains focused on professional event coverage.
We remind all participants that violations involving the unlawful use of the intellectual property, including trade names, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, are subject to liability under the legislation of Uzbekistan.
Foreign media representatives shall obtain their accreditation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Without this authorisation, any participation as a press representative is not possible. However, attendance at Iteca Exhibitions events as a Visitor remains open to all. We recommend clarifying the MFA requirements in advance to ensure your smooth and timely participation.
All accredited journalists enjoy full access to business programme events, as well as complimentary use of the venue’s Wi-Fi network.
Visiting Without Accreditation
The media representatives, who have not completed the accreditation process are welcome to attend the exhibition on its third day as Visitors, in accordance with the official Visiting Rules. Please note that this status allows you to explore the exhibition as a regular attendee, without the right to conduct photography or video recording, interviews, publications, or any other activities reserved for the accredited media.
Rules for Photo & Video Coverage by Media Representatives of Participating Companies
The exhibiting companies wishing to conduct photography or video recording at the exhibition shall coordinate their media activities in advance. This applies to photographers, videographers, mobile operators. To obtain permission, please contact our PR Manager by email pr@iteca.uz.
The application should include:

- Company name
- List of media representatives' names
- Contact details (phone, email)
Once approved, your media representative will be issued a “Press” badge from the Organisers’ Office, marked with the company name, granting them the rights of accredited media.
